No. New Orleans and San Francisco are our home bases, but we work nationally and can coordinate production support in other cities when needed. We also handle remote post-production for clients anywhere.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work with brands, agencies, nonprofits, tech companies, cultural organizations, entertainment companies, local businesses, corporate teams, and event producers. You can see some of our past and present clients and collaborators here.
Do you work directly with brands, or only through agencies?
Both. We work directly with companies and organizations, and we also partner with agencies, marketing teams, communications departments, and event producers.
Do you take on smaller projects?
Yes, when the project is a good fit. We can support everything from focused one-day shoots to larger creative development, production, post-production, and campaign packages.
VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES
What kinds of videos do you make?
We create branded content, corporate videos, documentary-style marketing films, event recaps, sizzle reels, explainers, animation, social cutdowns, internal communications videos, interview-driven stories, and campaign-ready video assets.
Do you handle both production and post-production?
Yes. We can support projects from creative development through filming, editing, motion graphics, animation, sound, color, and final delivery.
Can you just handle editing or post-production?
Yes. We can work with footage that has already been captured and help shape it into polished videos, recaps, social cutdowns, internal assets, or campaign deliverables.
Do you offer animation or motion graphics?
Yes. We create motion graphics, animated explainers, titles, graphic treatments, transitions, text-on-screen, design and visual systems that help clarify and elevate the story.
Do you shoot interviews?
Yes. Interview-driven storytelling is one of our strengths. We can help with interview planning, producing, production, directing, lighting, sound, editing, and shaping the material into a clear narrative.
CONFERENCE, CONVENTION, AND EVENT VIDEO
Can you cover conferences and conventions in New Orleans?
Yes. We regularly capture conferences, conventions, summits, corporate retreats, brand events, panels, keynotes, breakout sessions, dinners, receptions, and off-site New Orleans experiences.
Do you work at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center?
Yes. We can support events at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, as well as hotels, restaurants, music venues, museums, private event spaces, and off-site activations throughout New Orleans.
What can you deliver after an event?
We can deliver event recap videos, sizzle reels, full session and keynote recordings, speaker clips, social cutdowns, vertical clips, sponsor recaps, internal documentation, and campaign-ready assets.
Can you provide local production support for out-of-town teams?
Yes. If your company, agency, or event team is coming to New Orleans, we can provide local production support, crew coordination, event coverage, interviews, b-roll, and post-production.
PROCESS AND TIMELINES
What happens after we contact you?
We’ll review your message and follow up to learn more about your goals, timeline, location, deliverables, and budget range. From there, we can recommend the right creative and production approach.
What should we include when reaching out?
Include anything you know about the project goal, audience, location, timeline, deliverables, production needs, and approximate budget range. Even broad details are helpful.
Can you help us figure out what kind of video we need?
Yes. Many clients come to us with a goal rather than a fully formed video concept. We can help shape the creative approach, structure, messaging, and deliverables.
How long does a video project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused shoot or simple edit may move quickly, while larger projects involving creative development, interviews, several locations, animation, or multiple deliverables require more planning and post-production time.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Revision rounds depend on the project scope. For most projects, we define the review process in advance so everyone understands the timeline, feedback windows, and what is included.
BUDGETS AND ESTIMATES
How much does video production cost?
Every project is custom-scoped based on creative needs, production requirements, crew, locations, timeline, deliverables, and post-production complexity. Sharing an approximate budget range helps us recommend the smartest approach.
Why don’t you list prices on your website?
Video production costs vary widely depending on the scope. A one-day shoot, a conference recap, a motion graphics explainer, and a multi-deliverable campaign all require different levels of planning, crew, editing, and finishing. We prefer to scope projects around the actual goals and deliverables rather than offer one-size-fits-all pricing.
Can you work within a defined budget?
Often, yes. A defined budget can be helpful because it gives us a clear framework for shaping the right approach. Sometimes that means simplifying the production plan, narrowing deliverables, or focusing the concept. Other times, it means finding creative ways to make a strong budget go further, add polish, or create more useful assets from the same production. Either way, knowing the budget helps us recommend what is realistic and where the project can have the most impact.
Do you offer day rates?
Yes. Day rates can work well for focused production needs, as well as specific post-production roles like editing, animation, motion graphics, or finishing. For projects where clients want ongoing flexibility, back-and-forth collaboration, or continued revisions over time, day rates can be a practical way to keep the work moving. For larger creative, production, or multi-deliverable projects, we may recommend a custom project estimate instead.
DELIVERABLES AND USAGE
Can you create multiple versions from one shoot?
Yes. We often help clients turn one production into multiple assets, such as a hero video, shorter cutdowns, vertical clips, social posts, speaker highlights, internal versions, and web-ready deliverables.
Do you create vertical and social video versions?
Yes. We can create vertical, square, and horizontal versions depending on where the video will live, including websites, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, paid media, internal platforms, and event follow-up campaigns.
Can you help with captions, graphics, and text on screen?
Yes. We can add captions, lower thirds, titles, callouts, animated text, graphic treatments, and other visual elements that make the video clearer and more accessible.
Do you help with final delivery specs?
Yes. We can prepare final video files in the formats and specs your team needs for web, social, paid media, presentations, internal communications, event screens, or other planned uses. Our goal is to deliver polished files that are ready for your team to publish, share, or hand off wherever the video needs to live.
